Combines a hazardous gas removal device and a dust collector centered around a device for instantaneously cooling exhaust gas generated by general garbage incinerators and industrial waste incinerators to absorb and recover dioxins and other hazardous material. This system lowers emissions to or below regulated values. In particular, the incorporation of liquid drying and atomization technology (Spray & Dry) into an instantaneous cooling tower makes complete evaporation of sprayed liquids , prevention of fly ash adhesion, uniform exhaust gas temperatures, and thus, stable and continuous drying, possible.
What is GASTEM?
A device that suppresses the regeneration of dioxins by instantaneously cooling exhaust gas generated by general and industrial waste incinerators, incinerators of sludge such as human waste and sewage, etc., incinerated ash melting furnaces, and electric furnaces, etc., and that uses reactants, adsorbents, and bag filters to absorb and recover dioxins and mercury and to purify exhaust gas to or below emission regulation values.

List of Functions
1. The instantaneous cooling of exhaust gas suppressed the generation of dioxins. Able to cool from 900ºC to 300ºC in the high temperature range, and from 200ºC to 150ºC in the low temperature range in less than one second.
2. Controlling exhaust gas cooling temperature to 200ºC or less, enhances the subsequent effects of adsorbents such as activated carbon and slake lime, and enables reliable dust collection using dioxin bag filters.
3. The pressurized two-fluid nozzle ensures constant optimal cooling water atomization.
4. Follows changes in incinerator exhaust gas temperature and volume. Since the cooling tower is not wet, little dust adheres, which makes maintenance easy.
