We then provide system and device proposals based on the requirements and the results of our tests and verifications.
We discuss the contents of our proposals with customers.

We check carefully to ensure that are no discrepancies between the requirements and our proposals.We only sign contracts after customers have agreed with our proposals.We create a master schedule and proceed with specific design work to ensure we can deliver according to the promised schedule.
We meet with customers and perform verification tests as needed.
We create delivery specifications for systems or devices to be delivered to customers, and get final confirmation of the specifications from customers.After getting final confirmation from customers, we start procuring materials, parts, and equipment, etc.We conduct strict inspections of these based on inspection manuals.
Upon request, we conduct these inspections with customers present.We deliver according to promised deadlines.
If on-site installation and installation work is within the scope of service, our site managers will supervise the local work with safety first.Once the installation is complete and the system is ready for operation, our engineers will perform a complete inspection of the equipment, and then make trial operation adjustments according to the contract details.
Once we are able to confirm, from the results of the trial operation adjustments, that we can demonstrate performance in accordance with the contents of the contract, we the customer inspect the system, and then deliver the system to the customer.With our sales representatives as points of contact, we can respond quickly to requests about malfunctions, and repairs, etc.
Since our products are intended to be used indefinitely after they are delivered regular maintenance is essential. We are strongly focused on maintenance.
We also recommend regular equipment diagnoses to prevent malfunctions.
