We hereby announce that the president of the company together with another director and ex-director has been detained on suspicion of violating Japan’s Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Law (the "Law") since March 11, 2020.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and at the same time would like to assert that accusations made are baseless and we are consistently denying them.
We consider that the technical specifications of our exported products in question do not fall under the regulation of the Law and are ready to prove this statement in court.
As far as this incident does not affect our normal business activities and manufacturing, we kindly ask for your continuous support and understanding.
