1. No contamination
■ Since the drying chamber is filter cloth, there is no metal contamination, and it can be exchanged for each raw material.
2. Easy to wash
■ The drying chamber is detachable and can be washed in a washing machine.
3. High recovery rate
■ Since products can be batch recovered, recovery rates can be improved without composition separation even for raw materials made from multiple components.
4. Space-saving installation
■ Compact devices that do not require cyclone or bag filters.
5. Easy raw material switching
■ Provided with several filter clothes that serve as drying chambers so that raw materials can be switched quickly.
6. The newly developed automatic powder removal device "Kona-de-Vib" is available as an option*
■ This prevents accumulation on the drying chamber filter cloth, enabling further continuous operation. This device is very effective in spraying not only inorganic substances but organic substances as well.
